Website Project Process
Step 1: Discovery Call
During our discovery call we will discuss your business’ goals, how you would like to start or improve your online presence, what services are available, and which are a good fit for you! After the call you will receive a proposal that includes the cost of your specific project needs needs.
Step 2: Project Planning
I will request all of the necessary information from you that is needed to complete your project. We will discuss features that will be included on your site that will highlight your brand in every aspect, from colors to mission. Once our collaborating is complete, you will know all of the elements that will be included in your website project.
Step 3: Go Time!
Once I have received all the necessary documents, pictures, etc., I will begin working on your website and adding all the features that were discussed during our collaboration. I will keep you updated along the way as the website progresses! Additional meetings will be scheduled as needed.
Step 4: Final Check
Once your website details have been finalized and all your pages professionally proofread, you will have an opportunity to thoroughly review your site before it is officially live to the public. Any additional changes will be made at this point.
Step 5: Launch Your Site!
Finally! After hours of work and plenty of Slack messages exchanged, it’s time to share your site with not only your audience, but with the world! You will have a brand new ready-to-go, full functioning website. You will also be equipped with the following: how-to video(s) showing how to navigate the back end of the website to make minor updates, a personalized form with all necessary details for your website such as annual charges, log-ins, etc., and a few complimentary social media graphics to post and promote your new site!
